Wentworth by the Sea

The Grand Ballroom, a historical, elegant ballroom magnificently restored including the original stage and structure, offers an exquisite intimate feel of old New England and Victorian charm. Our Grand Ballroom and attached bridal suite with its own private formal staircase is a perfect setting for 120 to 144 guests. 2128 square feet.


The Wentworth Ballroom, our grandest of all, holds up to 250 guests. The formal décor, coupled with our presidential white glove service, is the perfect combination for the wedding of your dreams. This exquisite ballroom offers a private reception area with ocean views of the harbor and stunning sunsets for a beautiful and romantic cocktail reception. 3744 square feet and 1600 square feet of pre-function space.

The Garden Ballroom, most popular in the spring and summer, offers its own beautiful private veranda. The ballroom doors open directly onto the veranda where you can enjoy your cocktail reception with breathtaking water views of the bay while overlooking areas of the Wentworth gardens. The Garden Ballroom is the perfect setting for smaller weddings or cocktail receptions for 80 to 100 guests. 2025 square feet.
